This website - www.shapenz.com is a facility for providing information to all those concerned with the health of people and our environment.

Those of us who set up SHAPE NZ, are among a growing number of Kiwi citizens who are really worried about the effects of chemical spraying on our health and on our environment.

We are banding together for mutual support. We believe that it is essential for us to unite with others facing similar worries.

Rodney District  Council called on residents to  register their properties on a list as "spray free". Despite being charged for special signs etc, many went ahead but the "spray-free" area extends only on their side of the road and for the width of their boundaries !!!

We have the names of over a hundred on this list and need to find their phone numbers and begin to phone them. Living in these homes are over 500 men, women and their children.  A long job unless we get more help.

We are not asking you for money - just to join our *protected email list for mutual support.

We are (just) setting up an organisation for all Kiwis who are affected by, or concerned about, the inconsiderate use of chemical sprays [initially in Rodney] but expandable to the whole of New Zealand

On this website we can build information and contacts and a *protected list of email addresses so concerned people can  share or find appropriate information and get rapid help if and when it is needed.

Many of us have been 'isolated' by pro-chemical, money earning groups.  By combining in this way anyone can advise everyone or call for help should any individual be in strife.

inconsiderate use of chemical spraying has at times 'isolated' many of us [making it impossible for us to leave our homes, sometimes for several days]. This spraying was presumably done by those having a financial interest in their use. (pro-chemical, money earning groups.) By combining through this website anyone can advise everyone of inconsiderate spraying, or call for help should they, a neighbour, or someone they know be in strife.
