Hello James,
Greeting and thanks for your reply and assistance.I am happy to tell you
that i have concluded payment with the delegates for the 12th till 20th of
June.
However,it is the Organization policy to send out a credit card for the
services rendered so a credit card of £6,060.00 shall be sent to you , for
the hotel services.
I have now been instructed to send you the credit card, which will cover
the cost of accommodation and all the necessary arrangement for the
delegates. Moreover, we also made an arrangement with a prepaid car hiring
firm who will supply the Guest with cars they will use during their stay
.So you are required to deduct the £1560.00 deposit of your services and
send the balance £4,500.00 after deducting taxes and Western union or Bank
charges) via western union or Bank transfer to the logistics agent who
will be responsible for the car hire, security and traveling logistics of
the delegates. His information will be forwarded to you as soon as
possible.
So confirm this and provide me with your
(1) YOUR FULL NAME THAT WILL BE NEEDED FOR OFFICE RECORD
(2) ADDRESS
(3) PHONE NUMBERS, for payment to be delivered to you via email or fax.
The Logistic consultant shall be in charge of
1)Procuring Flight Tickets for the guests
2)Luggage Handling and processing
3)Transportation logistic of your guests during their stay in your
property
4)Arrangements of air-port taxis both on arrival and on departure.
Please remember that the integrity of our agency is involved, so this
business requires prompt response. I also hope the stay of the delegates
will be made comfortable.
