LATEST UPDATE:
June 25, 2009 Scammer "Dr Allan Brad" yet again ....
Hi
We run a small bed and breakfast with restaurant and received an email
from "Dr Allan Brad" asking us to make a reservation for 15 workers on 22,
23 and 24 July 2009 for dinner at 6.30 p.m. I felt uneasy about this and
asked lots of pertinent questions to which I had no reply. My husband
wrote menus and we duly sent them off.
On 17 June we received an email asking us to deal with a prepaid agent,
deduct $7000 from a credit card number which was never given and then
transfer $5000 to a prepaid car agent. Once again I asked questions such
as name of car hire company, where the workers were from, etc.
Today, 22nd June, we received an email saying transfer the money. Then I
knew for sure it was a scam. I looked up Allan Brad and he is notorious
for this. I have a telephone number, but it is always out of action or
not receiving incoming calls.
People like this should be put behind bars.
Hope nobody has been had by this moron.
Regards to all
