Canadian owner gets same scam
application but
name not "Eng Click Fanta" this time but "Eng Glenn Hamlin"

I got a scam letter you have been mentioning on your
website.
In April last year
US owner of Condo Units, wrote
about
Eng Click Fanta
who would appear to be the same person.

I am glad to read from you,I will be willing to offer you a month rent up
front,including utilities and security deposit in order to secure this unit
prior to my arrival.I will need some pictures of the (interior and exterior)
and the full address of the property to search the location on google,Are
you renting furnished or unfurnished??
I will also like to view the "Scanned" lease agreement form ahead of
time..before I can consider any further arrangement in taking up the tenancy
of these unit..I would eventually have it signed physically upon my arrival.
In my opinion,appending signatories should be done properly and at best
physically.
