Dear Mr , Mrs.
At the time of our visit for business in your country , I would like to
reserve rooms in your establishment for the delegates.
We will wish to reserve 4 individual rooms or 2 double rooms for our
delegation of 4 people.Note that our stay on your premise will begin on
April 05 and end on April 12, 2009. I would like to carry out a payment
in advance (prepayment) with my secure credit card. Is this possible? I am
on standby of the pro forma invoice in order to communicate with you with
the details of my secure credit card for the prepayment.
I ask you also for a service: In fact I wish occasion consequently that
you regulate the travel agency which deals with our plane tickets. I.e.
you will take on my secure credit card the note of reservation of the
rooms and the sum of USD$ 6.000 for our plane tickets and to forward then
these USD$ 6.000 by MoneyGram International to the agency SHAKOL TRAVELS
AND TOURS. located In Republic of Benin. I will communicate with you the
contact of the agency at the convenient period .In fact we have a
reduction with this travel agency and therefore we envisaged to regulate
our plane tickets.
We are presently in south africa for a congress from there we will leave
directly to your country.
Thus we ask you to agree to make us an estimate of the rooms including the
USD$ 6.000 for the travel agency.
We ask you moreover to render this service to us, because the travel
agency do not output remote secure credit card if not,we would have
forward them our details of our secure credit cards directly for the
payment of the plane tickets.
I also remind you that knowing well that this is not your activity, we
are to lay out to offer you a commission of USD$ 1000 for this service
which you will render to us.
In waiting of the total invoice (total costs of reservation of rooms + USD$
6.000 of the plane tickets + your commission of USD$ 1000 ). Very
Cordially
Mr Xavi Lopez
CHIEF OF THE DELEGATION
