Existential press - what does this mean??

   We have a competition winner

Puhoi resident, Rex Harris (second from left) receives his $100 voucher from Stacey Bree, manager of  Dick Smith agency Tronix, Orewa.
Australian retired bank manager Fred Bell (right) and his wife Christine (left) drew the sequence of cards that resulted in Rex winning the main prize.
Coming to NZ after the competition closed, Fred and Christine were asked to carry out the draw. Opening a brand new pack of cards they drew a diamond card first, deleting three quarters of the names, a red card second, taking them to the final draw, and Christine drew the ace of hearts. On the list then opened, Rex Harris was the name beside it.
Rex Harris is a computer competent retired mathematician who will spend his prize at Orewa's Dick Smith to his advantage.

As a matter of interest, Rex was the first entrant in our competition. Thank you to everyone who entered, to Stacey and Tronix for backing us in these early days for VillagePress, and to "Our Farm-Park" guests, Fred and Christine.    PER Managing-Editor.  From the statistics: 'Hits' for January, were 5531.
Competitions closed Monday (Feb10) DETAILS WERE For  SKILL PRIZE winners and their entries MAIN MENU
