Existential press - what does this mean??

OPINION:  where you can have your say

bouquets as well as a brick back...

Voters  (not candidates) have sent me "self-esteem reinforcement'  after the 'brickbat' in this morning's emails.  Thanks for that. Ed.

 They wrote:

"Very, very interesting. Well done young man, a very good publication!!"

another...

"GREAT!!  Looks very good - you do a good job!"

and again...

"Good one! "

An interesting aspect of the 'brickbat' ...

...In disagreeing with the Editorial, the  Rodney District Council Candidate stated:

"You say that there are many more candidates this time perhaps attracted by the pay. For your information there are the same number in the eastern ward as 2001."

Doesn't this put a hole in the "anti John Law" brigade's claim that the number of candidates this time shows how unpopular the decision making has been?

[Ed: You may have your say - we run word exact as received.  Writers may disagree with others, with your reasons why (as above) but Personal attacks are not accepted. You do not have to have your name published but the Editor must know who you are.]
